One generation
The purchase includes one AI generation. Additional variants and goodwill refunds for personal taste alone are not included when the result conforms to the purchase. Higgsfield’s result may differ from the preview and also depends on the photos and instructions provided.
Recovery and email delivery
If processing fails or requires review, confirm the delivery email on the order page. Our team handles recovery and emails the video within 24 hours of the problem, without asking you to pay again. A refund button is not available for these cases. Contact support if delivery does not arrive.
Withdrawal before supply
Before generation, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase using Withdraw here in the order or notifying the seller. After supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights, simply changing your mind does not allow withdrawal.
Statutory rights
The commercial policy does not exclude the statutory conformity guarantee, remedies for non-delivery or other mandatory rights. A price reduction or repayment may be due in cases provided by law. Withdrawal repayments are issued within 14 days of notification, to the same payment method and without extra fees; receipt of funds depends on the bank. Free orders have no amounts to repay.
