ProAF is the service provider described on this website. When checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, the seller of the transaction, or merchant of record, is the Stripe/Link entity identified in checkout and the payment receipt. It handles payment, taxes and transaction support under its terms. ProAF remains the contact for personalisation, delivery and video support. The service

igol.ai sells the creation of videos personalized with artificial intelligence. Each purchase includes one generation based on the chosen template, the required photos and any additional details. The total price, in euros and including applicable taxes, is shown before payment. This is not a subscription.

The preview shows the reference scene. The result may vary in faces, movement, audio and details. An identical copy or a complete absence of artifacts is not promised. This description does not limit your right to receive content that conforms to your purchase.

The purchase includes one generation, not a selection of variants. Higgsfield processes the content and the result also depends on the model, template, photos and instructions. We do not promise an exact match to the preview or personal aesthetic preferences. For a result conforming to the stated characteristics, we do not offer free regenerations or goodwill refunds solely because you dislike it. Using Higgsfield does not exclude our responsibility for supply and conformity or mandatory consumer rights.

Purchase and delivery

You must be at least 18 years old. Choose a template, upload your photos and personalize the video. Review the price in the summary, accept these terms and complete payment through Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment has been verified, including when the total is zero due to a discount code. Promotions are subject to the limits stated at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Photos are uploaded before payment. Generation starts only after your explicit request. In case of an error, failed processing or review, confirm the delivery email on the order page: we handle recovery and email delivery within 24 hours of the problem, without a new purchase. Contact support if the video does not arrive by that deadline. The website does not offer a self-service refund request for these problems; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

The result is available in your order as an MP4 file, compatible with modern browsers and video players. You have 7 days from its creation to download it. To open the order on another device, keep the recovery code private. The service requires an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser.

Photos, rights and permitted uses

Only upload photos you are legally entitled to use and of adults who have authorized the creation of an AI video. If you are not the person pictured, you must have informed them about the processing described in the privacy policy and obtained appropriate authorization. Do not upload identity documents, intimate images or unnecessary data.

Illegal, non-consensual sexual, degrading, discriminatory, fraudulent content and unauthorised impersonation are prohibited. Do not present synthetic content as an authentic recording. When publishing a video realistically depicting people or events, clearly disclose that it was generated or manipulated with AI and use the platform’s labels. Creative or fictional works also require disclosure appropriate to the context. Preserve any provenance markings present.

You retain your rights to the photos. You grant us only the authorization needed to process them and transmit them to technical providers to fulfill the order. We do not use them for advertising. You may use the downloaded video subject to the rights of the people pictured, third-party content rights and applicable law. Exclusivity and legal protection of the AI result are not guaranteed.

Templates, their preview videos and original prompts remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase does not grant the right to redistribute or resell the original template.

Withdrawal and refunds

Before supply begins, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase using Withdraw here on the order page or contacting us. Payment alone does not remove this right. The function is for statutory withdrawal before generation and is not a goodwill refund request for the video result.

Before generation, we ask you separately to consent to the immediate supply of digital content and to acknowledge the resulting loss of your right of withdrawal under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o, of the Italian Consumer Code. We record the version of the terms and the time of your choice. Your order and consent confirmation can be downloaded from the order page.

In case of an error, the standard process is recovery with email delivery. Loss of withdrawal rights does not exclude mandatory remedies for defective, non-conforming or undelivered content, including a price reduction or termination with repayment in cases provided by law. Liability, support and complaints

Keep your recovery code safe and check that you have rights to the materials. We may reject unlawful content and act against abuse. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees and rights.

For support, reports or complaints, use the contact details above and provide your order number. Do not resend photographs unless requested. Italian law applies without depriving you of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. For consumers, jurisdiction is determined by law, normally at their domicile or residence.

The 7-day period concerns access to the file on this website and does not shorten mandatory digital content warranty and conformity rights. You may submit complaints to the seller and use competent ADR bodies where applicable. We do not impose arbitration or waivers of statutory remedies.

Privacy and changes

The privacy policy describes data processing. Each order is governed by the conditions accepted at the time of purchase. Subsequent changes apply to new orders.
